   The rates below show apartment costs per week:

HIGH: £795 / June / July / August / September

MEDIUM: £695 / for all other dates

10% discount for bookings of more than 1 week and also for two persons stay

Please note;

 Christmas and Easter is High Season

 No children or pets and the apartment is strictly non-smoking.

 A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on booking and the balance is to be paid six weeks prior to departure.

 A £200 deposit is payable on arrival and this will be returned once the end of let Inspection has been made.

There is an €80 additional charge for Cleaning and laundry
